Who we are

Stackback buys second-hand LEGO® from private individuals in and around Amsterdam. For privacy questions, message, call or email us: 06 84 48 99 79 or stackbacknl@gmail.com.

What data we use

• Your phone number and the name you use on WhatsApp.
• The photos and information you send us about your LEGO.
• Your address and the agreed time, if we come to pick up your LEGO.
• Your name and account number, if you choose payment by bank transfer or Tikkie.

What we use it for

Only to make you an offer, arrange the pickup, pay you and keep our records. We don't send you advertising and don't use your data for anything else.

Why we're allowed to

We use your data because it's needed to make an offer and complete the sale (performance of a contract). For completed purchases, there is also a legal obligation to keep records.

How long we keep it

• No deal? We delete the conversation and photos within 3 months.
• A deal? We only keep what our records require (date, amount and payment details) for as long as the law requires, usually 7 years. We delete the rest of the conversation within 3 months.

Who we share it with

We never sell or share your data. We do use services that are needed for this: WhatsApp (Meta) for our conversations and the bank or Tikkie for payments. They process your data under their own privacy policies.

This website

This website uses no cookies. We count visits anonymously with GoatCounter: which page was viewed, which link or QR code someone came from, and the type of device. We don't store IP addresses and can't identify anyone.

Your rights

You can always ask what data we have about you, and ask us to correct or delete it. Message, call or email us and we'll sort it out. If you disagree with how we handle your data, you can file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
